Key Responsibilities:

PuroClean Marketing Representatives promote and sell franchise services in assigned territories, aiming to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. They grow and develop customer bases by identifying new prospects and maintaining regular contact with existing customers. Additionally, they provide clear and accurate pre-testing, scoping of services, and job estimates, while ensuring timely follow-ups on all assigned jobs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence, and a talent for maximizing opportunities to create win-win situations.

Job Position Description:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence through effective communication and consultative marketing practices.
  • Sales Performance: Generate revenue by executing consultative and objective-to-objective marketing strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and service a top 100 client list, providing lunch and learns, and promoting continued education courses.
  • Professional Development: Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company's brand values, adhering to safety and guidelines while working in the office and traveling.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
