Marketing Representative

Job Position Description: With a "One Team" mentality, promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory, aiming to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. The customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service that sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
• Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing and objective-to-objective processes
• Build, maintain and service a top-25 client list and provide lunch-and-learns and promote continued education courses
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
• Understand, adhere to and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
• Build brand awareness, promote the One Team culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, asking open-ended questions and delivering the brand message
• Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
• Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
• Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
• Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $30,000+ per year
