Professional Marketing Representative

Job Description:
  • Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow-up with customers to build relationships and educate them on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company.
  • Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
  • Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing.
  • Build, maintain and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the business.
  • Understand, adhere to and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting.
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
  • Learn and develop new professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
