Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling franchise services in assigned territory, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing
- Build, maintain, and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the business
- Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
- Build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
- Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
- Serve your community in their time of need
