Job Description:

The Packaging Designer Assistant will support the development of product packaging by collaborating with the Creative team to create effective, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions. This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets our brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical and compliance requirements.

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative assets and execute packaging designs
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines
  • Support the development and refinement of our packaging assets
  • Work closely with our Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Retail is preferred; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience also a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time
