Job Overview

The Junior Packaging Designer plays a key role in supporting the development of product packaging by assisting the Packaging team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative assets and execute print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team to ensure all brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
