Job Overview

The role of a Packaging Designer plays a vital part in developing product packaging by collaborating with the Creative team to create functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development & Execution:
    • Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Compliance teams to support creating new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and translates brand and product needs into clear, compelling packaging solutions.
Brand Consistency & Optimization
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
  • Continuously refine design templates and asset libraries for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design is required, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred, and familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Retail is preferred; Consumer Goods (CPG) experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
