As a Logistics Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of export and import activities. This involves adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all export/import activities in a manner that contributes to individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Adhere to process and account SOPs and IOPs during daily operations.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner through email and escalate difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
  • Improve standard procedures while processing export/import documents with a focus on meeting end customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mid-shift or graveyard schedules, and hybrid set-ups.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Shipping Industry for Voice and Non-voice roles.
  • Proficiency in both English and French or Spanish languages.
  • Familiarity with basic Excel and Salesforce case management style.
  • High analytical skills, ownership, and multi-tasking abilities.
