Recruitment Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented recruitment specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes and cover letters, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in designated platforms, coordinate with managers and assistants to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), training resources, and team communication channels.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience is required; 1-2 years of BPO customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong willingness to learn, proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability are essential.
