Job Title:

Strategic Solutions Expert

  • Candidate will collaborate closely with sales team to comprehend customer demands, challenges, and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals that align with the product portfolio.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) by providing technical expertise and input.
  • Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations.
  • Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate the functionality and feasibility of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and solution selling skills.
Qualifications:
  • Review project SOW with presales, sales team or post-sales lead.
  • Conduct project kick-off and discuss prerequisites.
  • Conduct project implementation and configuration versus agreed SOW and timeline.
  • Provide activity reports versus project progress.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test of completed projects.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer of completed projects.
  • Provide as-built documentation of completed projects.
  • Provide L1-L2 after-sales support via agreed SLA.
  • Coordinate support for L3 TAC support.
