Remote Customer Service Role
We're looking for a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. They will also have solid organizational and time management skills, as well as experience with current technologies such as CRM and VoIP.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively
- Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Keeping records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
- Experience with CRM and VoIP systems
- Solid organizational and time management skills
