MES Customer Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve complex technical issues related to MES software and hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases and T-SQL codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
