Business Analyst Role

We're seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and drive strategic growth through data-driven insights.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth business process analysis, document requirements, and optimize processes for peak performance.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design and develop informative dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Business Case Presentation: Craft compelling business cases supported by data analysis and insights, leveraging MS PowerPoint for engaging storytelling.
  • Data Manipulation: Utilize Power Query and Power Pivot to effectively manipulate and analyze data.
  • Communication: Foster clear communication and documentation with fluency in English.
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, experience with Power Query and Power Pivot, expertise in creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, and basic understanding of database theories and tables.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business analytics within the BPO industry, preferably in scheduling and forecasting, Salesforce reports, Zendesk Report Creation, and knowledge of MS PowerApps and MS Power Automate.
