Our company is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expansion through lead generation, email marketing, and sales efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and develop targeted lead lists to support business development initiatives.
  2. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive conversions.
  3. Conduct outbound sales calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve business outcomes.
  5. Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  6. Build relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth and partnerships.
  7. Manage CRM software and maintain accurate data records to inform business decisions.
  8. Provide detailed follow-ups and reporting on leads and progress to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
  • Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
  • Comfort with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
  • Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.
