We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
About the Role
This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of the platform's features. You will also be responsible for managing the renewal process, identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring client satisfaction, and proactively resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and setup for new clients.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Client Engagement: Develop strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess client performance against set targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management or customer success (preferably SaaS/tech).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms.
