Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Lead to spearhead our quality assurance strategy across teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

This key role involves defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects. You will drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.

In this position, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.

You will monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the QA Automation Team: Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Automated Test Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Mentorship and Team Management: Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
  • Development and Execution: Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Automated Testing: Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Source Control Management: Familiarity with source control management tools like Git, Bitbucket.
