Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Lead to spearhead our quality assurance strategy and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

  • Leveraging expertise in manual and automation testing, you will lead the development of comprehensive testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • You will be responsible for driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • This role requires overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Your responsibilities will include monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • You will review test results and quality metrics, prepare leadership-level reports, and recommend quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations is crucial to support continuous testing.
  • You will mentor QA engineers, foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • You will proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
  • Exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions will enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
