You will work closely with the Genesys PureCloud environment, leveraging tools such as Interaction Optimizer and Interaction Client Business Manager to drive business outcomes.

Key Goals:

  • Schedule Optimization: Manage end user schedules effectively, identifying gaps in staff coverage and monitoring phone queues.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain key WFM processes, ensuring seamless operation of business functions.
  • Data Analysis: Create and analyze data into reports, providing actionable insights to leaders.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly with Operational teams and leaders, driving business outcomes through effective collaboration.
  • Recommendations: Provide recommendations to Operations based on valid data regarding staffing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Preferably has Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare experience.
  • A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work well within a team of other WFM analysts.
  • Ability to multi-task and independently manage project demands in a dynamic environment.
