  • Develop creative content ideas for social media, prepare a content calendar, and produce engaging copy.
  • Create visual imagery/graphics/videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content.
  • Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
  • Craft stories that resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's narrative effectively.
  • Support content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media strategies, collaborate with media agencies.
  • Optimise content for different platforms, ensuring the correct use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
Community Management and Influencer Engagement
  • Manage community interactions.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
  • Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost content.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports, providing insights for future content optimisation.
  • Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers.
Administrative Tasks
  • Use social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and distribute content across various platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is on-brand effective in its purpose.
  • Client Communication: Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients if applicable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
  • Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions and releases.
Innovation and Experimentation
  • Test new content formats and experiment with different types of media to keep the content fresh and engaging.
  • Analyse and integrate feedback from followers, clients, and team members to continually improve content quality.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
