Real-Time Data Analyst

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing and balancing service levels across various lines of business and products.

  • Update and process data for real-time performance analysis
  • Obtain quantifiable performance figures to make critical recommendations
  • Monitor the queue for the Operations account against service levels
  • Communicate with Operations Management to respond to issues
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills to review information and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills to keep employees informed
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations
