Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Data Analyst to drive business success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data to inform staffing decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Real-Time Data Analyst in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Workforce functions and systems such as Aspect eWFM, Blue Pumpkin, or IEX
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
