Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Designer to craft and implement high-quality technical solutions that align with our organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions that meet industry standards and customer needs.
  • Analyze financial and technical processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver well-designed solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Work with architecture teams to ensure designs align with organizational standards.
  • Participate in the design review process to govern architectural practices.
  • Develop documentation for features, solutions, and product designs.
  • Stay up-to-date as a subject matter expert on existing systems, integrations, network, products, and services.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for implementation and development of architectural designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
  • Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation and documentation skills, action-oriented approach, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Cross-cultural team environment, international travel, and interaction with peers of multiple nationalities.

Experience & Capabilities
  • Software development experience, both as a practitioner and lead, preferably in Java-based enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience in application design, analysis, and delivery of software solutions.
  • Containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) expertise.
  • Understanding of networking principles, security concepts, testing best practices, and modern software development practices.
  • Distributed Systems and Microservice Architecture Patterns knowledge.
  • Enterprise Tooling, Public Cloud, and Relational Databases familiarity.
