Job Overview

Implementation Engineer is a critical role that combines cybersecurity expertise with solution design and delivery. This position bridges the gap between presales and delivery by working closely with customers to shape solutions, showcase capabilities, and ensure smooth product rollouts.

This individual will partner with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and design effective solutions. They will also run demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts with prospective customers, deploying and configuring tools for mobile device management, remote monitoring, and patching.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years' experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to MDM, RMM, or Patch Management platforms. Familiarity with solutions such as Intune, MobileIron, AirWatch, Kaseya, ConnectWise, NinjaRMM (or similar) is highly valued.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong background in endpoint, cloud, and network security, with a focus on device management, monitoring, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Ability to design and deliver effective solutions that meet customer needs, with a strong focus on implementation and rollout.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple customers/projects and resolve issues quickly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
