Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-level and detailed architecture artifacts, collaborating with relevant IT Domain Architects, and ensuring that endorsed designs are adhered to during implementation.

They will also focus on solution-level decisions, analyze their impact on the existing IT environment, and avoid unnecessary technical debt.

Additionally, they will escalate any barriers, dependencies, and risks associated with current or planned technical solutions, collaborate to mitigate those, and provide supervision and guidance to the development team.

They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key responsibilities include designing optimal solutions, producing high-level and detailed architecture artifacts, collaborating with IT Domain Architects, focusing on solution-level decisions, escalating barriers and dependencies, ensuring quality and consistency, providing supervision and guidance, and supporting the squad in planning, scoping, and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing model-driven, canvas and portal apps, flows, and virtual agents/bots.
  • Extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
  • Considerable experience in application and data integration, including but not limited to enterprise iPaaS, API management, ETL/ELT, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • The ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (advantage).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (advantage).
