
Financial Operations Assistant

Seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven assistant to support our financial operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
You will be responsible for generating and tracking customer invoices, performing daily bank reconciliation, and supporting the issuance of official invoices for sales transactions. Additionally, you will monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Generating, issuing, and tracking customer invoices
- Performing daily bank reconciliation
- Sending regular collection status updates to management
- Monitoring and updating the collection dashboard
- Drafting and processing credit/debit notes
