Position:Head of Secured Collections OperationsJob Summary:

The jobholder ensures strategies and collection activities for home and auto loans align with performance and productivity standards, adhering to guidelines. They provide appropriate strategies to drive improvement, achieve collection goals, and monitor effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for secured collections operations.
  • Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably from a business course.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in secured collections.
  • Relevant experience in Credit/Risk Management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank and secured/consumer loans processes and systems is beneficial.
  • Collections system and vendor management expertise is highly advantageous.
