Position Title:Head, Secured Loan Collections

Job Summary:

  • In charge of the Home and Car Loan Collections and participates in policy and strategy formulation, overseeing implementation, monitoring results and recommending changes as appropriate.
  • Tasked to ensure efficient operations of collection activities with the main objective of controlling delinquency and minimizing credit losses through planning and implementing collection strategies and process.
  • Ensures adherence to the existing Collection policies and procedures as well as provisions promulgated by other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree holder; preferably a graduate of business course; master's degree or some units in graduate studies is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in Collections / Consumer Loans / Risk Management/ Vendor Management.
  • Knowledge in bank and consumer loans processes and systems are highly advantageous.
  • At least 6 years of consumer loans experience preferably from the banking industry
  • At least 6 years of consumer loans experience in a managerial or senior managerial role
