Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our collections support department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, providing timely and accurate intelligence, and analyzing collections and recoveries performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections statistical data, with at least 8 years of experience and 3 years in a managerial capacity. Proficiency in MS Office, IT, and programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and VB is essential.

Responsibilities include managing automated collection systems, predictive dialer technology, and vendor management. The selected individual will also be responsible for overseeing databases, reportorial requirements, and compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
  • 8-13 years of experience in collections statistical data; 3 years in a managerial capacity

  • Knowledge of IT, programming languages, and call center technology
