This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Process Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, providing administrative support for HR services, and championing specific initiatives to drive self-service capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and develop strategic partnerships to enhance business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, benefits, and performance management
  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, retention, and diversity programs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including metrics and analytics
  • Providing coaching and training to employees on HR-related topics, including communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

**Work Arrangement**

This role is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. You will be required to work rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones) and hybrid set-up. This includes 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home.
