Job Title: HR Operations Manager

The role of the HR Operations Manager is responsible for Philippines HR Operations and coordination of global mobility assignments/transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

-HR Operations
  1. Payroll Management: Managing the 3rd party provider monthly payroll runs (HR input, feedback, and review/first signing-off) and year-end payroll work (including employer declaration obligations towards 3rd party insurers, etc.).
  2. Enquiry Resolution: Responsible for filtering and/or addressing enquiries from internal (employee, management) or external stakeholders (e.g., social/tax authorities) as may be required.
  3. Employee Support: Acting as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to their employment, insurances, permits, payroll enquiries, etc.
  4. Operational Processes: Accountable for the execution of 'from hire to retire' operational HR processes, manage the administrative life cycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the HR Service Centre, invoicing and benefits administration activities.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for reiterating and maintaining the entity's personnel regulations as may be required (e.g. following CBA decisions, etc.)
  6. Audit Support: Responsible for answering any internal, external, or statutory audits as may be required.
-Global Mobility
  1. Liaison and Coordination: Acting as a liaison and coordinator between the AtkinsRealis Global Mobility COE and Linxon stakeholders.
  2. Case Monitoring: Monitoring Linxon global mobility cases, following-up on actions and bringing the right parties together to resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery.
  3. Policy Communication: Articulating Global Mobility policies to Linxon stakeholders and ensuring the necessary compliance.
  4. Mobility Support: Assisting Linxon stakeholders in preparation of Mobility business cases, providing information necessary for decision making.
  5. Reporting: Ensuring regular management reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Global Mobility Experience: Experience with global mobility (as direct in-house global mobility or global mobility consulting).
  • Philippines HR Landscape: Solid knowledge of Philippines HR landscape (labor law, social security, taxes, etc).
  • HRIS Knowledge: Working knowledge of at least one HRIS (Workday preferred).
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Business proficiency in spoken and written English.
