Disaster Relief Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated agent to join our team in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for improving the customer experience by applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
