Executive Appointment Setter

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Appointment Setter to connect game-changing entrepreneurs with innovative solutions that drive business transformation.

Your Mission:
  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls by nurturing prospects through strategic follow-up
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments using effective lead qualification techniques

To achieve our goals, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Instagram lead conversations and converting them into calls within 2 hours
  • Executing multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Scheduling qualified meetings that show up and close
  • Tracking activities and maintaining detailed prospect records in our CRM system
