This role will involve being the first point of contact for our ideal clients, directly impacting both our clients' success and our company's growth.

You will work directly with serial entrepreneur Ryan Brazzell and a talented team that is redefining how founders operate with world-class Executive Assistants and AI technology.

Your Mission:

50% Closing Incoming Pipeline:

  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls.
  • Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up.
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments.

50% Sourcing New Lead Opportunities:

  • Engage in Instagram DM conversations and manage lead flow.
  • Develop strategic email outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calling to high-value prospects.
  • Cultivate new lead opportunities across multiple channels.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage Instagram Lead Flow: Respond to DMs within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls.
  • Multiply Channel Outreach: Email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close.
  • Track CRM Activities: Monitor all activities and maintain detailed prospect records.
