Real Estate Product Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and performance of our core business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key metrics to measure product performance and customer success.
  • Conduct regular analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to analyze and communicate future growth opportunities for our products.
  • Develop business cases, operating models, and financial projections while collaborating with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Maintain alignment among all stakeholders regarding operational status surrounding products and business lines.
  • Perform market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform decision-making that sets our strategy and vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field such as Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Able to learn and adapt to other data analytics tools.
  • Closely attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Proficiency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
