We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining quality standards across clinical research initiatives.
This is an opportunity to develop and implement quality control processes that directly impact the success of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Comprehensive Quality Control Processes: Design, implement, and maintain quality control processes for clinical research projects.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review and Improve Documentation Systems: Review and improve documentation systems to meet quality standards.
- Provide Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards.
- Develop QA Tracking Systems: Develop and maintain QA tracking systems.
- Create Quality Improvement Initiatives: Create and execute quality improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 Years of QA Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the life sciences industry.
- Proven Background in Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organizations: Proven background in pharmaceutical or clinical research organizations.
- Strong Experience in Quality Auditing and Compliance: Strong experience in quality auditing and compliance.
- Excellent Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Superior English Communication Skills: Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and initiate projects.
- Experience with Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical Companies: Experience with clinical research or pharmaceutical companies.
- Track Record of Implementing QA Systems: Track record of implementing QA systems.
- Strong Documentation and Reporting Skills: Strong documentation and reporting skills.
This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible hours based on project needs, approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation is hourly, based on performance in the application process.
