Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency across audited deliverables
  • Conduct internal audits to international standards, identifying and documenting discrepancies, and providing clear feedback to preparers
  • Lead data quality and remediation projects, initiating cross-functional cleanup efforts and resolving identified issues
  • Evaluate service stages and testing outcome, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Document issues and recommendations for improvement, and prepare quality audit reports for senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an auditor
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification in quality assurance or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
