Senior QA Manager Role

This is a critical role that oversees and manages internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams
  • Coordinate and drive execution for cross-functional initiatives
  • Work closely with the quality management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers
  • Establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts
  • Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management
  • Facilitate retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution
  • Support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a quality assurance or engineering environment
  • Background in quality assurance, test automation, or engineering
  • Experience working in a software as a service or technology company
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
