About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations within a quality assurance team. Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications, as well as building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

As part of the quality assurance team, you will also contribute to broader QA activities, including delivering compliance advice, conducting internal and external audits, and reviewing and improving QA processes.

  • You will work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to develop audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports.
  • You will drive process improvement by reviewing and updating procedural documentation.
  • You will support the strategic planning of vendor assurance initiatives.

Beyond these key responsibilities, you will be expected to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO focused on clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Vendor Management Quality Assurance activities and understanding of vendor oversight strategies in regulated environments.
  • A strong background in QA and GxP auditing, especially GCP, is essential.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to travel across the region if needed.
