About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). As an SDR, you will serve as the first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in our portrait sessions.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents via phone, generate excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully book portrait sessions. This role is performance-driven and ideal for sales professionals who thrive on achieving targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and wish to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  2. Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  3. Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  4. Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  5. Address objections with professionalism and confidence related to price, legitimacy, and scheduling.
  6. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  7. Consistently meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs), including a target of 0.4 bookings per hour.
Qualifications
  • Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
