Portrait Session Sales Professional

We are seeking an ambitious Portrait Session Sales Professional to join our fully remote sales team. As the first point of contact for families interested in our portrait sessions, your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents via phone, generate excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully book their portrait sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads to discuss studio portrait sessions.
  • Managing inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Booking qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establishing rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Addressing objections with professionalism and confidence (related to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs, including a target of bookings per hour.
  • Collaborating with the sales and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
