Job Title: Business Development Ambassador

 

The company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Ambassador to join its sales team. As the first point of contact for interested families, your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with parents via phone, generate excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully book portrait sessions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence (related to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
  • Document customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of bookings per hour.
  • Collaborate with the sales and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
