We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Account Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through timely resolution of inquiries and effective case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management and Resolution: Ensure timely completion of case management-related inquiries, meeting established service levels.
  • Salesforce Account Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor, update, and close Salesforce accounts, files, and case records efficiently.
  • Proactive Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to customers on request progress, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Report Delivery and SLA Compliance: Deliver reports and information requests on time, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Account Retention Management: Develop and maintain key decision-maker relationships to ensure account retention targets are met.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of call center or related experience.
  • Familiarity with productivity software, CRM systems, and call center technologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
