The Senior Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. This individual will be responsible for overseeing regional payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Maintain payroll records and create detailed reports for management review. You will report to the Global Payroll Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees, including full-time and part-time employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Verify and process any necessary payroll adjustments, overtime, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
  • Help prepare payroll-related financial statements and reports.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Create and post journal entries.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in Payroll Processing or Payroll Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Workday payroll experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in global payroll with a preference for Indian payroll.
