We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Strategy Lead to join our team and lead our global payroll strategy across the APAC region. This role requires a transformational leader who can drive process improvements, maintain compliance, and ensure 'best in class' payroll services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices across multiple regions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a global team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be expected to build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and other business units to resolve operational issues and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global payroll strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with EMEA and AMER payroll leaders to align processes and share best practices
  • Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and hold them accountable to performance standards and service level agreements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of payroll processes
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and other business units
