Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support Payroll Controllership processes for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, process improvement, and risk management.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing risk assessments and process inspections to identify areas for improvement. They will also develop and maintain operational and design effectiveness of payroll processes and controls.

In addition, the Financial Analyst will participate in the SOX 302 quarterly attestations process and lead special projects to drive payroll improvements and integrations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform risk assessments and process inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain operational and design effectiveness of payroll processes and controls.
  3. Participate in the SOX 302 quarterly attestations process.
  4. Lead special projects to drive payroll improvements and integrations across multiple teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience with project management skills.
  3. Experience in internal controls design and/or implementation.
  4. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Big 4 audit/business controls experience.
  7. Advanced Excel skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience with processing payroll and validating payroll input through output.
  2. Controllership background and prior internal audit experience.
