
Customer Service Expert

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with customers to resolve their enquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Your role will also involve promoting and educating customers on various products and services, as well as troubleshooting and navigating through systems to provide full and complete information.
- Provide first call resolution where possible
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Answer customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone call
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- B2 level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic Office Suite knowledge
- Basic mathematics skills
This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
