  • As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing staff performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Actively promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication among team members, guests, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our restaurant operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong interpersonal and communication skills
