Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our leadership teams. This role will involve performing a variety of tasks to optimize productivity, including answering emails and phone calls, booking appointments, creating content for social media channels, and preparing presentations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, be highly organized and reliable, have a strong work ethic, and pay close attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leadership teams
  • Answer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Book appointments and prevent conflicts using real-time scheduling tools
  • Create engaging content for social media channels
  • Prepare high-quality presentations according to instructions
  • Make travel arrangements as needed
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with clients and colleagues
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
