The RoleWe are looking for a high-performing, sales-driven Customer Advocate Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for turning customer conversations into closed business. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving revenue and accelerating conversions through real-time chat interactions.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is both a product expert and a strategic seller—someone who can deeply understand customer pain points, offer consultative solutions, and influence purchasing decisions during every touchpoint.
- Drive revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.
- Go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success at all times.
- Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of Apollo.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or similar), with a passion for helping people and guiding conversations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven history of achieving top performance.
