About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a consultative approach to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of financial acumen, technical knowledge, and relationship-building skills to engage prospects, uncover business needs, and position tailored solutions. They will be critical in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to warm leads that have completed their business registration.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals through consultative conversations.
  • Position business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building solutions to address client pain points.
  • Clearly explain complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
  • Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
